Usage
Your use of this service is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. The Terms apply to you and any other person with whom you share access to this service, and include your acceptance of total liability for any changes made to the available data within this service.
By using the VTO Ultimate Client Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not access the Portal.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Client Portal without prior notice or liability for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach our Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
